About This Course

This course covers coring operations and core handling. Participants study coring objectives and programme design, core bit and barrel selection, coring parameters and operations, core recovery problems, special coring methods, core handling and preservation at the wellsite, transport and laboratory interfaces, sidewall coring, core data use and the economics of coring.
