About This Course

This course covers drilling hydraulics and hole cleaning. Participants study fluid flow and rheology, circulating pressure losses, bit hydraulics and nozzle optimisation, equivalent circulating density, cuttings transport in vertical, deviated and horizontal hole, surge and swab, hydraulics for special applications, monitoring and troubleshooting.
