About This Course

This course covers drilling project management and well delivery. Participants study the well delivery process and stage gates, scope and objective definition, planning and scheduling, resource and logistics management, risk management, interface and stakeholder management, cost and schedule control, team leadership, execution oversight and close-out with lessons learned.
