About This Course

This course covers geomechanics applied to well design. Participants study mechanical earth models, stress and rock property characterisation, data requirements, wellbore stability and sand production prediction, depletion effects, fault reactivation, casing and completion implications, model calibration, uncertainty and the use of geomechanics across the well life cycle.
