About This Course

This course covers geothermal drilling engineering. Participants study geothermal resources and well types, high temperature effects on equipment and fluids, well design and casing programmes, cementing at high temperature, drilling hard and fractured formations, lost circulation, directional drilling, well testing and completion, and the cost structure of geothermal wells.
