About This Course

This training explains how a surface production facility works, from the wellhead through separation, oil treating, gas conditioning, water handling and export metering. It covers the function and operating limits of the main equipment items, how the process is controlled and protected, and how facility performance changes over field life. It is built for engineers and technical staff who work with or around surface facilities but have not been trained in facilities engineering.
