It works through aquifer characterisation, the steady and unsteady state influx models and their derivation, model fitting from field pressure history, water drive reservoir performance and recovery, coning and breakthrough prediction, aquifer representation in simulation models, and the reservoir management decisions that follow from an understanding of aquifer support.
