This course covers formation damage and the stimulation treatments used to remove it. Participants study damage mechanisms and diagnosis, skin analysis, matrix acidising in sandstone and carbonate, scale prediction and removal, organic deposit removal, treatment placement and diversion, execution and post-treatment evaluation.
