It covers production surveillance and deferment accounting, maintenance and reliability strategy, asset integrity and inspection management, operating procedures and management of change, process safety and risk management, operating cost control, competency and shift organisation, contractor management and structured performance improvement. The focus is operational management rather than process or equipment design.
