About This Course
This course covers casing wear prediction and management. Participants study wear mechanisms, contact force and wear factor concepts, prediction methods, the effect of dogleg severity and rotating hours, hardbanding and protector selection, mud and solids effects, wear measurement and inspection, remaining strength assessment and wear management in well design and operations.
