This training covers the management and execution of oil and gas facility projects. It works through scope definition, work breakdown structure and project controls setup, cost estimating classes and cost control, schedule development and progress measurement, contracting and procurement strategy, fabrication and construction management, risk and change control, and the close-out and handover that completes a project.
