Terms & Conditions for E-Learning Courses
By enrolling in PEA e-learning course, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Access to Digital Content:

- Participants will receive access to recorded training videos and digital learning materials. These materials are provided solely for personal learning and are not to be shared, redistributed, or reproduced without prior written consent from PEA.
- No Software Included:

- This course does not include any licensed or proprietary software. Participants are responsible for arranging access to any required software independently, as specified in the course description.
- Non-Refundable Digital Delivery:

- Once digital materials (videos, slides, datasets, or other content) have been delivered or access has been granted, no refund will be issued under any circumstances. All payments are considered final once the material is shared.
- Personal Use Only:

- All course materials are intended strictly for the registered participant’s personal learning. Any form of distribution, public sharing, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
- Intellectual Property Rights:

- All content provided remains the intellectual property of PEA. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or sharing may result in legal action.
- Technical Requirements:

- Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary hardware, internet connection, and software tools required to access and view the provided materials.
- Course Content Updates:

- PEA reserves the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Support:

- Basic email/WhatsApp support may be provided for access-related issues. However, full technical support or personal mentoring outside the course scope is not included unless specifically stated.
Payment and Invoicing
- Course fees cover:

- In-person training: Presentations, materials (both physical and digital), and on-site refreshments. Note: Accommodations are separate.
- Online training: Digital course materials and presentations.
- Payment is required upon booking, unless a pre-approved purchase order is provided.
- Invoices will be delivered electronically.
- While we prefer pre-course payment, alternative arrangements can be discussed.
- All fees are listed in USD, but payments can be made in USD or INR.
- Bank transfer and credit card options are available. For last-minute, in-person training, cash payments are also acceptable.
Course Changes and Cancellations
- PEA reserves the right to modify or cancel courses due to unforeseen circumstances. We will promptly notify participants of any changes.
- Client Cancellations:

- Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@peassociations.com at least 21 days before the course begins.
- Late cancellations may allow for delegate substitutions, session transfers, or course changes, subject to approval.
- Cancellations within the 21-day window will result in a credit note.
- Cancellations after the 21-day period will incur a 25% administrative fee.
Certification of Attendance
- Consistent attendance is crucial for effective learning.
- Participants will receive:

- In-person training: A Certificate of Completion on the final day.
- Online training: An electronic certificate via email.
- Please inform a PEA representative of any planned absences.
